You can do this by going to the following website and entering your address: https://wrm.capitol.texas.gov/home 1.Which Texas House District do you live in, and who is your elected representative?
2.Click on the name of your Texas House Representative and take a look at their webpage on the Texas House website. Read their biography. Tell me one interesting fact about your representative.
3.When was your representative elected to the Texas House of Representatives? If the date isn’t mentioned in their biography, you can find this information on Wikipedia or Ballotpedia.
4.Which committees does your representative serve on? This information is found on the top half of their webpage on the Texas House website.
5.Next, let’s look at your State Senator. Go back to your results from the “Who Represents Me?” webpage. Which Texas Senate District do you live in and who is your representative?
6.Click on the name of your State Senator and take a look at their webpage on the Texas Senate website. Read their biography. Tell me one interesting fact about your representative.
7. When was your representative elected to the Texas Senate? If the date isn’t mentioned in their biography, you can find this information on Wikipedia or Ballotpedia.
8.Which committees does your representative serve on? This information can be found towards the bottom of their webpage on the Texas Senate website, under “Committee Membership.”
