Instructions:
Describe the setting of the best experience and what made it the best. Include information from this module and prior modules to identify what theories or techniques were used during this best experience.
Describe the setting for the worst experience and what made it the worst. How could implementation of the nine items presented by Salas et al. (cooperation, conflict, coordination, communication, coaching, cognition, composition, context, and culture; 2015), psychological safety, and any of the techniques from the module have helped to improve the situation? Describe what should have been done or what could have been done differently if the people in this situation knew what you know now.
Describe which topics in this module most surprised or impressed you and why. Describe how you will include those topics in future training and learning development situations. Describe how reflecting on the best and the worst experiences helped you to plan to implement those topics.
